At Michiana Concrete & Excavation, I believe quality workmanship, honest communication, and doing things the right way should never be optional.

My name is Devin Rudloff, and I’m proud to be the owner of Michiana Concrete & Excavation, a locally owned and operated company serving Elkhart County and the surrounding Michiana communities.

I’ve always had a passion for building things, operating equipment, and turning hard work into something meaningful. What started as an entrepreneurial drive to build a business of my own has grown into a company dedicated to delivering high-quality concrete and excavation services for homeowners and businesses throughout our community.

As the owner, I take a hands-on approach to our operations. From meeting with customers and developing project proposals to coordinating with our crews and overseeing the finished product, I stay personally involved in making sure our work meets the standards we’ve built our reputation around.

To me, concrete is more than just another construction project. It’s the driveway you pull into every evening, the patio where your family makes memories, or the foundation that supports your next investment. These are projects our customers put their hard-earned money into, and I believe they deserve to be treated with the same care and attention we’d give our own property.

I’m also a husband and father of two daughters. Being a family man has shaped the way I approach business. I understand the importance of trust, accountability, and following through on your word. When someone hires our company, they’re trusting us with their home, property, or business, and that’s a responsibility I don’t take lightly.

My goal has never been to be the cheapest contractor in town. It’s to build a company known for reliability, professionalism, exceptional workmanship, and standing behind what we do.

We’re continually investing in better equipment, better processes, and better people so we can deliver an experience that sets us apart in an industry where attention to detail makes all the difference.
